A devoted mother and advocate, Ana Katia is additionally an inspired International speaker, coach, writer, and author of her book, Fourteen Days, inspired by her journey back to go search for her birth mother. The message, Creating Change From Within.

A believer in miracles, Ana Katia focused her university studies on marriage, family, and relationships in Family Studies with an emphasis on Social Work. As a current International speaker, resilience coach, community service and safety advocate, Ana continues to promote a life of resilience as a resilience coach as she continues to teach others a 3-step process on how to live a life of resilience, how to live a life of asking your what is instead of why, and how to live a life of connection; especially in the hard times, and when is desiring to be reminded of ones one’s meaning and purpose in their lives, and each of us may be walking our own road of Creating Change From Within.

Ana Katia’s passion and love of becoming an Author and International Speaker have grown as she has continued over the years to share her own personal Adoption Story of going back to her homeland of Costa Rica with radio hosts, podcasters, and studios alike with her worldwide reach. Ana Katia’s purpose in writing and sharing her memoir book, Fourteen Days, is to spread hope, testify of miracles, and to honor God’s desire for her to go and share her story with many! Ana Katia values deeply community connection and a Pura Vida mindset. Pura Vida, meaning “pure life.” Ana Katia spreads her light in efforts to spread hope. Alongside giving hope to those who are facing unique obstacles or challenges inwardly, as well as, outwardly. Overall, Ana Katia desires that her message will inspire souls to increase in Faith. And to assist others in recalling their own meaning and purpose, in their own lives, as they ultimately find how they can: Create Change From Within.

A sought-after actress, Ana Katia can be seen popping up on your T.V. screen on well-known local, national and international commercials, T.V., film, and print media outlets as an actress and model on well-known media outlets with The Chosen T.V. Series, Bonneville Communications, Provo Motion Pictures, Hallmark, Saprea, Rcwilley, IHC, BYUtv, Crumble Cookies, Wilkins Homes, Echo Rings, and many more; and found as a multi-advocacy influencer, and ongoing safety advocate. With Saprea, rebranded: The Younque Foundation) Ana Katia was the cover model for their New Haven Retreat website page for women. Ana Katia continues her love of building personal and ongoing community connections. Overall, Ana’s greatest joy and honor is remaining a devoted mother to her children.
